Helen Coop, CEO/Secretary/Treasurer
Helen approves all contracts and manages all financial matters relative to insurance, investments, and employee benefits. She approves all project invoices to ensure accuracy and accountability for every client.
Bill Coop, President
Bill has worked with Coop & Associates, Inc. since 1983 after retiring with twenty-five years in law enforcement. He is a licensed General Contractor and was graduated cum laude from the University of Memphis.
Bryan Coop, Executive Vice-President
For the past 25 years Bryan has managed some of the company's larges projects including painting at the FedEx Hub. His managment expertise includes scheduling, coordination of trades, manpower deployment, OSHA safety, supervision and planning.
Jerry Keenum , Sr. Estimator/Project Manager
Jerry brings thirty-five years experience in the construction industry to the table with eight years in interior finishes, twelve years as a field superintendent and seven years as an estimator/project manager. His expertise is in all facets of successfully completing a construction project on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of the client.
